Greetings! I'm Ms. Hisae Kobayashi, your guide to mastering Japanese language and business etiquette. With a wealth of experience as a certified instructor for international students across a variety of industries, I am passionate about empowering professionals to achieve top level performance in Japan’s challenging workplace.
After graduating University, Ms. Kobayashi served as executive assistant for 16 years at a Research Institute with the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF). Subsequently, after obtaining her Japanese instructor certification, she joined the JAL Academy as a Japanese language and business manner instructor.
She currently serves as a Japanese language and practical business etiquette instructor for foreign staff working in the Japanese service industries. She has extensive experience with clients in leading companies in the airline, hotel, cruise line as well as global finance, insurance and luxury brand industries.
Her qualifications include Business Writing Certification Level 3, Secretarial Certification Level 1, Service and Hospitality Industry Business Practice Certification Level 1. Ms. Kobayashi is also a recipient of multiple awards for excellence for instruction in practical business instruction from the Japanese Ministry of Education, Sports, Science & Technology (MEXT)
